The little wins have no finish lines, no medals. They’re often done quietly, solo, with no one to see it or tell about it.
But little wins keep us getting out of bed, texting a friend “I’ll be there”, showing up for masters, and putting in an hour on a day you really wanted to skip it.
Little victories keep us going between races. They show us that the training every day is worth it. They’re proof of progress right when you might really need it.
And they’re what make us toe the line on race day knowing that we have a chance to put those little victories to work to add up to one, big, successful day!
