Jenny Hayes - MSM-JHC Coaching

Jenny Hayes

I work with triathletes, runners, and multi-sport athletes of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities from all over the world. I am committed to getting to know my athletes and look at each one holistically - training, racing, nutrition, mindset, lifestyle - so I am able to create customized and individual training plans to set them up to not only meet and exceed their goals, but be healthy, happy, and have fun in the process! No two athletes are the same, so I believe training plans shouldn’t “look” the same, and are most impactful with plenty of thought, creativity, and knowledge behind each one. That is why I find having open lines of communication and feedback are SO important, and something I value as a coach.

Through my USA Triathlon Level 1 & 2 Coaching Certifications, Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching Certification, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, and attending Spirit Junkie Masterclass Level 1 & 2 with Gabrielle Bernstein, I have a strong and diverse educational background to support each and every one of you. I continue to competitively race - and have raced 10+ Ironman, 20+ Ironman 70.3 (including Ironman 70.3 World Championships), and countless olympic & sprint distance triathlons + run events all over the world.

Sarah Jarvis - MSM-JHC Coaching

Sarah Jarvis

Born and raised in a sporty family in Germany, Sarah Jarvis got into triathlon at the age of 16 and immediately fell in love with the sport. She successfully worked her way through the German junior ranks in the short distances and became certified as a youth triathlon mentor while in high school in order to share her passion with others. In her early twenties, she moved to the US where she established herself as the top Utah age grouper for many years. As a wife and mother of two boys, Sarah placed on the podium in several 70.3 World Championships and decided to take her pro card in 2014 to challenge herself further and experience the sport at the highest level. After two successful decades in triathlon, she is currently facing a significant change with her recent diagnosis of a severe auto immune disease called rheumatoid arthritis. However, her passion for and dedication to triathlon is stronger than ever and Sarah has really enjoyed bringing people into the sport and mentoring them for years before officially starting as a coach with Multisport Mastery in 2016. Sharing her extensive knowledge and love for this sport with others is what brings her true joy.
