But don't take our word for it.

Hear what Amy, middle of the pack swimmer and mom of 4, had to say about Swimvember ➑️

"I didn't think I could ever be motivated to swim 4 to 5 days a week. It's usually my least favorite activity of triathlon. Swimvember inspired me to try some things I never would've done, like 100 fly, and I found a truly enjoyed swimming a lot. I thought I might get tired of it and struggle to motivate myself to go but that didn't happen at all. When life threw me challenges, I kept working to figure out how to get to the pool and really enjoyed my time there. It was a bright spot in November!"

Or how about Trisha who set a 70.3 swim PR during Swimvember ➑️

"I gained confidence to just jump in and try things I haven't done before and to push harder. My stroke feels stronger, smoother, more efficient, and faster now. I made large gains in my CSS pace. I learned that I don't hate, and maybe even like, butterfly."

Lastly, Kristin jumped in feet first with full spirit ➑️

"I dropped 9 seconds from my CSS pace and I just loved the gain in fitness and all of the super fun challenges."

But what we ❀️ most about Swimvember is bringing together like-minded athletes of all speeds as one supportive, eager community working towards a shared goal of getting better at swimming.
